To create a great website and user experience, I get to know you and your customers through research. I then work with you and your team to establish a target—or a goal. Once a clear goal is settled upon, it's time for the real fun.
(n) distinguishing symbol
With the target set, it is time for me to do what I do: to create a distinguishing symbol. Starting with wireframes, we'll work our way through design comps, to a finished website. I like to keep my clients actively involved in the process so that at the end, we're both proud of the incredible website we've created.
(v) to grade, score
Now that the website is complete, we need to grade how the website is performing. Are visitors behaving as predicted? How are conversion rates? What could be improved upon? With answers to these questions, we now refine, rinse, and repeat.
